Martin J. S. Katz. Martin is a director of Wellington Shield (Isle of Man) Limited and a member of the Wellington Shield Group Board. He is a principal of Middleton Katz Chartered Secretaries LLC and has extensive International tax and fiduciary experience and knowledge. In addition to being a qualified Chartered Secretary, he is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
